Buy Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks 8 Oz (227g) - Contains 30 to 35 freshly crafted sticks that can be used for up to 2 years
Ceylon Cinnamon sticks, a taste revelation that will forever distance you from the commonplace Cassia. Expertly trimmed to a precise seven inches, these true Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks are elegantly encased in a sleek, round, airtight jar.
The eight-ounce recyclable jar will contain between 30 to 35 seven-inch-long Cinnamon sticks.
We test each harvest for Lead and other heavy metals and publish the latest third party test report online.
We also do not hold stocks overseas due to concerns about adulteration with common cassia cinnamon.
For more than two decades, DRUERA has stayed true to one trusted source — a single Ceylon cinnamon farm that knows every tree by heart. While others blend from multiple origins, we’ve remained loyal to one. The result is unmistakable consistency: quills that curl with the same delicate sweetness year after year, each carrying the legacy of craftsmanship passed through generations.
Our customers have enjoyed remarkable health benefits because our Cinnamon is grown free of chemicals or pesticides, non-fumigated, non-GMO, and gluten-free.
Our Cinnamon is shipped from Ceylon when the essential oils are at their optimum levels within days of harvest. That is why each Ceylon Cinnamon Stick tastes so delicious and fresh.
The fresh sticks can be used up to 2 years from placing the order.
The connection between Cinnamon and Sri Lanka is so significant that the spice's scientific name, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, comes from the country's previous Latin name, Ceylon.

How can I tell Ceylon cinnamon apart from cassia?
How can I tell Ceylon cinnamon apart from cassia?
Ceylon sticks are thin, light brown, and made up of delicate papery layers rolled together to resemble a cigar. They're soft enough to break by hand and have a mild, slightly sweet smell.
Cassia sticks are thicker, harder, darker, and usually just one curled layer like a scroll. If your cinnamon stick looks rough and reddish-brown, it's likely cassia.

Very fragrant and flavorful
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so happy to hear you found our Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks the best you’ve tried, with such a rich fragrance and flavour.
We harvest our cinnamon three to four times a year and ship freshly handcrafted sticks directly from Ceylon. We’ve been doing this since 2005, which is why the quality and freshness truly stand out. We sincerely appreciate your support.
I was super happy with this cinnamon. I like to grind it and put in my mashed squash. It grinds up so fine with no large chunks. The other brand, from China, is just to hard and tasteless. I'm very happy to have found this cinnamon.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We exclusively market the 'Alba' grade Ceylon cinnamon, the finest and thinnest grade, which makes grinding effortless compared to hard cassia.
We’re delighted you’re enjoying the flavour and quality, this is exactly how true Ceylon cinnamon should be.
So much better than standard cinnamon you get in the grocery store in the USA. You can sense it as soon as you open the container.
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We’re glad you noticed the difference between DRUERA Ceylon Cinnamon sticks and the grocery sticks right away. Our Ceylon Cinnamon sticks are harvested 3 - 4 times a year and shipped within days of harvest, which is why the aroma and flavor stand apart from standard grocery store cinnamon in the USA.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and for choosing DRUERA.
Dry and crumbly. I use them to stir my coffee before serving and they come apart.
Been using for a long time and this a first.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Ceylon cinnamon sticks are naturally very delicate, especially compared to hard cassia cinnamon. Occasionally, a batch can be a little drier than usual, which makes the thinner quills more likely to crumble, particularly when used as a coffee stirrer. That said, we understand your concern, especially since this is the first time you’ve experienced this after using our cinnamon for so long.
As a quick tip, we recommend using the thicker sticks as stir sticks for beverages, as they hold together better, and reserving the thinner ones for baking or cooking, where their aroma really shines.
Please feel free to reach out to us directly as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at Druera, and we’ll be happy to look into this and make it right for you.
