The preparation consists of fourteen different herbal ingredients, some of which are spices, and condiments used in daily culinary preparations throughout the world and some known to assist the immune system.

The activities of individual plants are combined in such a manner to provide the best effect covering a range of activities where some act as synergists, and some as bio-enhancers and natural preservatives stabilizing the product. The activities covered are analgesic, antipyretic, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory thus accounting for the relief of the above indications.
