Natural Coconut Palm sap is used to extract Organic Coconut Sugar. Early in the morning, the bloom of the organically grown coconut palms is chopped, and the liquid sap is gathered in containers. The Coconut Sap is then cooked until most of the water evaporates to create our Organic Coconut Sugar.

This 6-oz container of Coconut sugar requires 54 Oz of Coconut Sap to make. If the weather allows, a coconut tapper can tap this much in a day to manufacture just this 6-oz bottle per tree. Because of this, the farmers receive the major share of the value from our sales price.
