It is low in caffeine and is thought to contain more antioxidants than green tea, but white teas are made from hand-picked and air-dried buds. To prepare the perfect cup of Golden Tip Tea,
- Boil a cup of water and leave for a few minutes so that the temperature reduces to about 180F
- Put Two teaspoons of our Golden Tips or more into the cup per one's preference.
- let it sit for 3 minutes before drinking.
