I looked for ground cinnamon that had good flavor and could document that the cinnamon was.safe, meaning that it had no heavy metals. Druera met that standard. The cinnamon is slightly lighter in color than other ones I have used but the flavor is great. Glad I switched.

The flavor of this Ceylon cinnamon powder is simply out of this world. It has a nice and subtle flavor that will make any of your recipes taste even better.

This is the most delicious cinnamon. I put it on my coffee every morning, and can’t imagine going back to the old “Cassia“ type of cinnamon. I bought the cinnamon sticks, hoping that I could grind them fresh every morning to maintain the most flavour. The cinnamon is much more delicate and brittle than cassia cinnamon, and I am unable to grind it finely enough. I am now ordering the powdered variety for my coffee, and I’m very excited to receive it.

You get what you pay for and this is the best.
