Wow this is Extremely Strong!!! A little drop goes a long way. I mix it with coconut oil to rub on my self for joint and muscle pain and it helps. I also put it on my dog to help with ticks. Plus I put some in a spray bottle and use around my door, windows and outside on my porch for the ants, flies and spiders. I haven't tried it in food yet but will soon. It is a great product that Everyone should own, but be careful as I can't state enough how Strong it is!!!!
I have added this in my own mix of diffuser.
