I like the cinnamon itself—the flavor is good. However, I was surprised that it arrived in a plastic container. At this price point, I would expect glass packaging. Even less expensive ones are stored in glass. Additionally, the shaker top holes are far too large and dispense way too much cinnamon at once, which makes it Very difficult to control portions.

To help with portion control, we recommend tearing off only part of the tamper-proof seal below the perforations. By exposing just a few holes on the shaker, you can easily limit the amount of cinnamon dispensed to suit your preference.
Regarding the packaging, we currently use FDA approved BPA free recycalable, food-safe plastic containers to ensure the product arrives safely without breakage during international shipping. Glass packaging, while prefered, has a much higher risk of damage in transit—especially for orders shipped long distances.

Occasionally, a batch can be a little drier than usual, which makes the thinner quills more likely to crumble, particularly when used as a coffee stirrer. That said, we understand your concern, especially since this is the first time you’ve experienced this after using our cinnamon for so long.
As a quick tip, we recommend using the thicker sticks as stir sticks for beverages, as they hold together better, and reserving the thinner ones for baking or cooking, where their aroma really shines.
