To protect aroma, flavour, and potency, DRUERA deliberately limits grinding to a maximum of 50 lbs per day. This was my first time buying this cinnamon. I was very pleased with the product. My main reason for purchasing from this company was heavy metal testing. The flavor is excellent and it seems to be very fresh. The only thing I would change is that it would be stored in glass instead of plastic. I transferred to smaller mason jars after receiving it.

I was super happy with this cinnamon. I like to grind it and put in my mashed squash. It grinds up so fine with no large chunks. The other brand, from China, is just to hard and tasteless. I'm very happy to have found this cinnamon.

I ordered this tea 2 or so years ago and thought it was fantastic. This time not so. Even using 2 tea bags at a time, the tea is not even close to what it was before with one tea bag. I was so disappointed. The quality is nothing like it was. I am not sure what happened but it must not contain near the amount of the pure cinnamon… must be lots of filler material. I went from giving it a 5 star rating to 1 star,

To clarify, we have not changed the Alba cinnamon grade used in our tea bags, and we do not use any fillers, each biodegradable tea bag still contains 100% pure Ceylon Alba cinnamon, just as it always has.
Cinnamon tea brews very differently from regular teas and requires a much longer steep to develop its full strength. For best results, we recommend steeping one tea bag for 10 to 15 minutes. A shorter steep can make the tea seem weak even though the quality hasn’t changed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Really like these toothpicks! Just wish there were an option for refills without costing 50+ dollars! I’m sure Druera could come up with an option for repeat customers.

The handmade wooden box contains 10 individual vacuum-sealed packs, each with 100 cinnamon toothpicks, which can easily be shared with family and friends. Because they’re vacuum packed, the flavour holds extremely well for up to 5 years, so many customers use them gradually over several years.

This cinnamon is by far the best if you have health concerns or not. Doesn’t have the heavy metals the other cinnamons do. Has a very pleasant taste. Perfect with a little bit of honey in coffee. Highly recommend!
