I was very disappointed to receive the tea in plastic - polyester bags and in a plastic container. I will not put polyester in hot water then drink it!

I made a huge batch of applesauce and added the cinnamon and could not stand the perfume smell and taste of this cinnamon , so I tried to mask the taste of the cinnamon adding ginger, nutmeg and brown sugar( which I don’t usually do)

Many customers switch to Ceylon Cinnamon because it contains ultra-low levels of coumarin — a natural compound found in high amounts in Cassia that may be harmful in large doses.

I started ordering my Cinnamon form DRUERA years ago and just recently ventured into other spices like the Cloves. These Cloves are wonderful in every recipe I have used them in. I also add a few to my teas for a burst of flavor.
First time buyer, and I am thrilled with the quality of these cloves. Wonderful flavor, not really hard like the ones I normally buy in the grocery store. Worked great on a toothache I had, and were great in apple cider.
