A teaspoon (2.6g) of Cassia cinnamon typically contains between 6 and 18 milligrams of coumarin, depending on the variety of Cassia.
A teaspoon (2.6g) of Ceylon cinnamon typically contains negligible amounts of coumarin, ranging from 0.004 to 0.02 milligrams.
