Paspanguwa Tea from Sri Lanka

- Pathpadagam - Oldenlandia Corymbosa Linn - Rubiaceae
- Katuvelbatu - Solanum Xanthocarpum Sahrade Wendie.
Directions for Paspanguwa use.
Boil the contents of one sachet in 3 cups of water for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
Adults: One half of a single extraction to be taken twice a day
Children under 10: One-quarter of a single extract must be taken in four daily doses.
