The Tea bags are filled with Alba Ceylon Cinnamon, the highest grade of Ceylon Cinnamon. The longer you brew the Ceylon Cinnamon Tea, the stronger it tastes.

Our cinnamon tea begins its journey deep within a small Sri Lankan estate where DRUERA has sourced every harvest since 2005. The same farm, the same soil, the same patient curing under the island sun. From bark to brew, this traceable journey preserves the fragrance and integrity of true Ceylon Cinnamon — so that each sip captures not just a flavor, but a place.

A high-quality Ceylon Cinnamon tea with a strong Cinnamon flavor in the background. Upon opening the tea packet, a delightful holiday cheer scent will immediately captivate you.

While it may not provide the same caffeine boost as our popular Ceylon Cinnamon black tea, it still has a strong impact.

One of the best things about this tea is how well it complements a luxurious dessert. The qualities of Ceylon Cinnamon is famous for removing the sweetness guilt and refreshing your mouth palate.

Does Ceylon cinnamon tea have caffeine?

No. DRUERA Pure Ceylon Cinnamon Tea is 100% caffeine-free.

It's made entirely from "Alba" the highest grade Ceylon cinnamon bark with no added tea leaves, so you can enjoy it any time of day, including before bed.

If you want a version with caffeine, we also offer a Black and Green Tea blend.

What's the best way to brew cinnamon tea for maximum flavor?

The key with pure cinnamon tea is patience. Unlike regular tea, you'll want to steep it for 15 to 25 minutes in boiling water (around 212°F).

The longer you brew, the stronger the flavor. If it tastes weak after a few minutes, just let it steep longer.

You can also reuse the same tea bag up to 4 times.

What makes DRUERA cinnamon tea different from other brands?

Most cinnamon teas use cassia cinnamon, which is cheaper but contains more coumarin (a compound that can stress the liver with heavy use).

DRUERA uses only "Alba" grade Ceylon cinnamon, the highest grade produced in Sri Lanka from the same farm we've worked with since 2005.

Less than 1% of the harvest can be converted to "Alba" Cinnamon.

Our tea bags are biodegradable pyramid bags, and we ship directly from Sri Lanka so there's no sitting in warehouses.

We were also the first in the world to offer 100% Ceylon cinnamon in pyramid tea bags back in 2014.

Can I make iced cinnamon tea with these tea bags?

Absolutely. Place about 8 tea bags in a heat-resistant pitcher, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, and steep for 15 to 25 minutes.

Then add cold water and ice to fill the pitcher. It makes a refreshing summer drink that's naturally sweet and spiced, no sugar needed.

Why does Ceylon cinnamon tea taste different from other cinnamon teas I've tried?

Ceylon cinnamon has a sweeter, more delicate flavor compared to the stronger, spicier taste of cassia cinnamon (which is what most grocery store cinnamon products use).

If you're used to cassia-based teas, Ceylon may taste lighter and more refined. It's the same reason chefs prefer Ceylon for baking and desserts.

Where does DRUERA source its cinnamon for these tea bags?

We've worked with the same family farm in Sri Lanka since 2005. The cinnamon is harvested, cured, and packed on the island, then shipped directly to you.

We don't store stock overseas, which keeps the supply chain short and the product fresh.

Every order ships from Sri Lanka with online tracking, usually arriving within 3 to 7 days.
