Turmeric Supplements (Curcuma longa): Turmeric, indigenous to Sri Lanka, has a high curcumin content between 5% and 6 %. Its anti-inflammatory properties may assist those with joint pain.
It has been found that when Turmeric is consumed with black pepper, the bioavailability of Curcumin increases by 2000%, and levels of absorption of Curcumin improve dramatically. Hence, we have incorporated Black Pepper (0.7%) and Ginger spice (6.8%) into our supplements.

This has been my go to for turmeric for quite some time, but this last time I got it, it wasn’t the same that it had been. Tastes totally different; kind of odd actually, and doesn’t seem to have much effectiveness if any.
