I looked for ground cinnamon that had good flavor and could document that the cinnamon was.safe, meaning that it had no heavy metals. Druera met that standard. The cinnamon is slightly lighter in color than other ones I have used but the flavor is great. Glad I switched.

I’m extremely pleased with the quality and taste of all of the cinnamon products, as well as the other spices and oils. Not only are they some of the safest products available, but they’re truly delicious. Also, the salted cashews and curry leaves cashews are incredible and they’re so large and fresh! This is the most delicious cinnamon. I put it on my coffee every morning, and can’t imagine going back to the old “Cassia“ type of cinnamon. I bought the cinnamon sticks, hoping that I could grind them fresh every morning to maintain the most flavour. The cinnamon is much more delicate and brittle than cassia cinnamon, and I am unable to grind it finely enough. I am now ordering the powdered variety for my coffee, and I’m very excited to receive it.
I liked the taste of the tea very much, but I thought I was ordering oolong tea but when it arrived the container read "Oolong, 100 percent Natural Ceylon Tea". After doing some research, I found that oolong and Ceylon teas are too very different teas. So I don't really know what I'm drinking which is a little disturbing.

Oolong = the processing method (semi-oxidized tea, between green and black tea)
Ceylon = the geographic origin (tea grown in Sri Lanka)
All true teas - whether white, green, oolong, or black - come from the same plant species (Camellia sinensis). The difference is how they're processed:
Black teas are fully oxidized
White teas are minimally oxidized
Oolong teas are semi-oxidized (in between)
