I use it instead of the vanillinsugar in cooking and baking. Before, I made my own vanilinsugar in a small bottle, and decided to try this, just the vanilla powder, and it works fine. Hope, that this vanilla bottle will not change as other glass bottles changed into plastic containers.

The Ceylon cinnamon is an excellent product. The consistency is good. It mixes well in hot beverages and in mixtures for baking, like batters. It is not strong though. It is a nice mild flavor.
The excellent quality of your cinnamon remains the same after so many years. I won't use another brand.

I love that the cinnamon is tested for lead, but the cinnamon powder and all the other spices I received were in plastic jars. The Cinnamon sticks come individually wrapped in plastic! I transferred everything to mason jars but I find it somewhat annoying that they are concerned about one toxin but ignore the other.

I had read a previous review where they were using the sticks in tea. Talk about outstanding flavor. I use them in my Earl Grey every morning. I cannot see having a cup of tea without having a flavorful cinnamon stick from you in it. I also make sun tea Earl Grey with a stick in it. It is excellent. I have never tasted such good cinnamon sticks before. Thank you so much. So fresh so good. I'm addicted.

The taste of the black pepper powder is amazing! I will never go back to regular black pepper. Can’t go wrong with thins purchase!
We use the nutmeg shaker for easier spice adding for good dishes. Give a little to potato puree, and cream soups. Before we grated some from a whole nutmeg, and sometimes forget it, because the grating is a little more trouble.
But the already grated/powdered nutmeg it is only a move with the hand, to shake it onto the puree, and mix it, so easier give that little extra taste to the potato puree f.e.
I love cinnamon. I had been looking for cinnamon shampoo, but was unable to find one that smelled good. This one smells great, but the scent doesn't last as long as I like. I decided to purchase their cinnamon leaf oil. Its incredible. I added a drop to the other products I purchased and it all smells great and lasts a long time, but if you decide to do this you should spot test on your skin as the oil can be too much for some people. All it took for me was one extra drop to be fully satisfied with the scent. Everybody's different. I have purchased shampoo and conditioner which is great for my scalp. I also purchased shower gel, lotion, and cinnamon oil. I love my purchases. I intend to use my cinnamon oil to try and create other scents by blending other oils such as vanilla and orange. I highly recommend this company. The products show up very well packaged with no leaking. I will be purchasing other products.
I bought loose and bag tea and both are excellent products. Overseas delivery was quick and reasonably priced and I shall use this 5 star company again.
This is the only way to have cinnamon tea. I make it along with my usual tea. The flavor is great for a morning tea. Since Cinnamon will not stir in the tea bags are perfect.
