Cinnamon Shower Gel can be used by simply squeezing a small amount into the palm of your wet hands while in the shower. Rub your hands together to lather up a bit, and proceed as usual. Scrub a dub, dub, and then rinse off until your skin is clean.

This is a hard scent to find at least in my area. It actually smells like cinnamon and not overpowered byother scents. Truly a cinnamon scent and it lasts. I only ordered one set of lotion and soap to see if I liked it. Will order more next time.
