Buy Alba Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks 8 Oz (227g), the highest grade of Ceylon Cinnamon - contains 40 to 45 7-inch long sticks
Alba Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks, the most exclusive and rare grade of true Ceylon cinnamon, prized for its delicate aroma, golden hue, and refined sweetness.
Sourced from a single, dedicated farm in Sri Lanka for over 20 years, every stick is hand-harvested and meticulously crafted using traditional techniques. This level of consistency and traceability ensures an unmatched standard of purity and quality from tree to table.
Why Alba Cinnamon is so rare
Alba is not just a grade, it is the pinnacle of cinnamon craftsmanship. Less than 1% of the entire annual harvest meets the strict criteria required to be classified as Alba. Only the thinnest, most tender inner bark can be shaped into these smooth, uniform quills, each about the thickness of a pencil. This natural limitation is what makes Alba exceptionally scarce and highly sought after.

What is Alba grade cinnamon, and why is it special?
What is Alba grade cinnamon, and why is it special?
Alba is the highest grade of Ceylon cinnamon.
Less than 1% of an entire harvest qualifies as Alba because only the thinnest, most delicate quills make the cut.
Each stick is about the thickness of a pencil, with a subtle golden color and a smooth, refined flavor. That's why Alba sticks are sold in very limited quantities.
Difference between Alba cinnamon sticks and regular Ceylon cinnamon sticks?

I had tried the FODMAP diet for severe IBS-M without luck. I found an herbal tea recipe and it worked. I was able to reintroduce foods. There was still room for improvement in my view. I found the benefits of Ceylon Alba Cinnamon. Then I found Druera. Which had longer individually wrapped sticks. Very convenient! Compared to the Cassia variety of cinnamon, it was smoother, I believe because of the thin bark more essence was easily infused into the tea than Cassia. It has worked wonders for me and being able to eat things I have not had in a few years is amazing. This is a subjective comment based solely on my research and the desire to improve the basic ingredients to maximize the results. It was the length of time from order, to shipping, to arrival. I had made some other tweaks to other ingredients, to insure purity, ethically sourced, and non GMO. Each resulted in improving the results. I was just anxious for the final ingredient. I will absolutely be a returning customer!
Love my individually, packed cinnamon sticks. They are perfect to take with me and they grate really nicely without falling apart.
These cinnamon sticks are a great addition to your tea or coffee. I enjoyed using them and the great taste. They are 100% pure. Thank you.
Druera is the only cinnamon which doesn't make me sick, as opposed to store-bought commercially produced. I keep the druera sticks in their shipping jar then remove one to break it into pieces into coffee bean grinder which grinds it down into either a powder or little pieces and smells great can sense the quality in it. I add it to pancake batter, brownies, coffee & hot chocolate to add flavor & increase health benefits.
All good
