Oolong tea is special due to its unique semi-oxidation process. Unlike green tea, which is not oxidized at all, and black tea, which is fully oxidized, oolong tea's partial oxidation allows for a nuanced flavor profile, with variations depending on the degree of oxidation.

Oolong tea can be brewed three times. After you finish drinking each cup, just keep pouring hot water. With each steep, you can enjoy another element of the flavor.
