Roast Seasoning Recipe

Please use a whole chicken or any other meat that is 2.5 lbs to 3.3 lbs (1 - 1.5 kgs) cleaned and ready to roast, 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, and 2 Oz (60 grams) of Roast Seasoning.

• Preheat the oven to 180 C
• Mix the 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, and 2 Oz (50 grams) of Roast Seasoning.
• Rub the mixture over the surface of the meat
• Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
• Roast in an oven or rotisserie.
