To keep that quality and freshness consistent, we grind cinnamon only after an order is placed, and it’s ground on the very day the order is dispatched. To protect aroma, flavour, and potency, DRUERA deliberately limits grinding to a maximum of 50 lbs per day. This small-batch approach is something we take great pride in, and it’s what sets our cinnamon apart.
This was my first time buying this cinnamon. I was very pleased with the product. My main reason for purchasing from this company was heavy metal testing. The flavor is excellent and it seems to be very fresh. The only thing I would change is that it would be stored in glass instead of plastic. I transferred to smaller mason jars after receiving it.
