Since I've been taking a daily supplement of Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, my A1C results are consistently lower. I'm sticking with something that seems to help fight my diabetes.
Ceylon cinnamon is the real thing, not a substitute like cassia cinnamon. It gets a 5. But the shaker needs a stronger cap since it broke when I dropped the shaker onto the counter top.
This is amazing. So much more flavor than the “spices” from the grocery store!

This tea is not as strong as the Dimbula Orange Pekoe Tea, but it has a very pleasant taste and aroma. A wonderful tea for a pleasant day.

Ceylon cinnamon sticks is very good quality cinnamon . I only use this as it is pure and has good flavor . delivery of my order was on time and it was nicely packed. I would recommend this to anyone.
I love cinnamon and the health benefits it has. I had recently read in several different articles that Ceylon Cinnamon is much better for you than cinnamon for Vietnam or Saigon as those can actually be toxic in larger amounts. I use cinnamon on my oatmeal etc.... and use quite a bit as it helps stabilize blood sugar. I love this Ceylon cinnamon and am confident in its health benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The highest grade of Cinnamon Sticks called Alba is made from the tender branches and resemble pencil thickness. The more mature branches produce lower grades of Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks and are thicker in diameter than Alba.
