The powder is excellent and it works for me and my wife. We use one tea spoonful for our oatmeal breakfast each morning. We’ve been taking the powder for more than five years.

Ceylon Cinnamon is the best! After a lot of reviews of different brand cinnamon products, I was lucky to find this product. The quality is outstanding and I take 6 grams per day to help keep my mitochondria healthy!
