The Ceylon cinnamon is an excellent product. The consistency is good. It mixes well in hot beverages and in mixtures for baking, like batters. It is not strong though. It is a nice mild flavor.

The excellent quality of your cinnamon remains the same after so many years. I won't use another brand.

Nutmeg quality is really good

I had read a previous review where they were using the sticks in tea. Talk about outstanding flavor. I use them in my Earl Grey every morning. I cannot see having a cup of tea without having a flavorful cinnamon stick from you in it. I also make sun tea Earl Grey with a stick in it. It is excellent. I have never tasted such good cinnamon sticks before. Thank you so much. So fresh so good. I'm addicted.
