The tea itself was a mix of sizes, and a noticeable percentage was very fine and crumbly. Use a good bag or strainer. My jar (plastic) also came damaged, so it may have been a shipping issue. It also takes more tea to make a cup than many other teas.
This is the real deal

I did receive my order and am completely satisfied with it. In fact, I am sitting at the computer having my morning cinnamon tea as I write this. I am amazed that the local natural foods store has no idea what the difference is between Ceylon Cinnamon and Saigon Cinnamon.
