Ricetta del condimento per arrosto

Utilizzare un pollo intero o altra carne da 1 a 1,5 kg (da 2,5 a 3,3 libbre) pulita e pronta per essere arrostita, 4 cucchiai di salsa Teriyaki, 1 cucchiaio di farina di mais e 60 grammi (2 once) di condimento per arrosti.

  • Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C
  • Mescolare 4 cucchiai di salsa Teriyaki, 1 cucchiaio di farina di mais e 50 grammi di condimento per arrosti.
  • Strofinare il composto sulla superficie della carne
  • Lasciare marinare per almeno 30 minuti
  • Arrostire in forno o allo spiedo.
