Zucchero di palma da cocco biologico a basso indice glicemico (IG)
La linfa naturale della palma da cocco viene utilizzata per estrarre lo zucchero di cocco biologico. Al mattino presto, i fiori delle palme da cocco coltivate biologicamente vengono tritati e la linfa liquida viene raccolta in contenitori. La linfa di cocco viene poi cotta fino a quando la maggior parte dell'acqua evapora, creando così il nostro zucchero di cocco biologico.
