I ordered the capsules and the bulk cinnamon and love them both. The capsules are easy tobtake and has kept my bloodwork in normal range. We love the taste of the cinnamonon everything we use it on. A bit lighter taste and without the bitter taste of the kind we used for years. Knowing this cinnamon is free of metals and other undesired substances is a real health plus.
