斯里兰卡生产和消费大量香料。丁香是桃金娘科常绿乔木蒲桃（Syzygium aromatum）的干燥未开放的花蕾，呈棕色，色泽鲜艳。粉红色的花蕾干燥后会变成红棕色，味道辛辣而甜美。
丁香的名字源于法语“clou”，意为“钉子”。斯里兰卡丁香产自康提中部山区。丁香每年至少手工采摘四次。花蕾在阳光下晒干数日，逐渐褪去粉红色，变成棕色。

Thank you, I was very pleased of getting the order so fast, and now glad to make good teas with these cloves.
These cloves are very strong and fresher than what I find locally in Dallas.
Price is comparable as well.
This is my second purchase of Cloves from Ceylon, they are fresh, very strong taste and aroma. I really like them and recommend them to anyone who wants good quality Cloves.
I received both items extremely fast. The quantity, quality and pricing is far better than any other supplier from the past. Will definitely be reordering these items again and will look into other items for relieving inflamation pain
(osteoarthritis).
