Difference between Ceylon cinnamon and regular cinnamon supplements?

Most cinnamon supplements on store shelves use cassia cinnamon, which is cheaper but contains higher levels of coumarin, a compound that can stress the liver with long-term use.

Ceylon cinnamon (sometimes called "true cinnamon") has ultra low coumarin levels, making it a better choice if you plan to take it regularly.

DRUERA capsules contain 100% pure Ceylon cinnamon powder from Sri Lanka, with no cassia, fillers, or extracts.

How much Ceylon cinnamon should I take daily?

DRUERA recommends taking 2 capsules twice daily (1,000 mg total), ideally about half an hour before meals.
